Shipping charges are calculated at each time, depending on many factors such as weight and dimensions of the package, destination or promotions available. If you want to know exactly the costs of an order use the automatic calculation of shipping costs.

If you are already a registered user you will be asked about the payment method used, then shown on the screen the total costs broken down by items (products, discounts, taxes, etc.)

All shipments to European Union countries are subject to VAT, except for those customers that have the number of Intra-Community VAT. 

Shipping to other countries

We DO NOT sell 5^th category weapons outside the European Union.

IMPORTANT: Shipments to non-EU countries are exempt from VAT invoice but may be taxed in the customs of destination according to the tax and customs of each country, running these expenses on behalf of the recipient.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the product. For our part we promise to keep you informed regularly on the status of your order and on forecasting of delivery.

Stocks are limited and their appearance on the website does not imply its immediate availability. Other products are 100 % handmade custom, or custom that requires manufacturing time. If the product requested is not immediately available, we will contact you to inform adequately on the deadlines.

Return policy

We have an after sales service to solve any problems that arise during the delivery of our products, having informed at all times to our customers.

If for any reason not satisfied with your order, is within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return. Products that are custom-made are not entitled to a refund except for manufacturing defects or errors.

For the return to be accepted must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order. It is important to return the product in the same conditions it was delivered, and with the original packaging. Please include the invoice, labels and manufacturing certificate if any.

Once we verify and review your order, we will proceed to send a new a new product or to refund the amount of the order by the same means payment was made, minus the delivery charges if any.

In the case of products with manufacturing defects, wrong deliveries or received in poor conditions we recommend you send a picture to assess your claim. In case of passing the delivery charges, shipping costs shall be our charge.
