Since its launch in 2012, the Cudeman MT-5 has surpassed its historic predecessor, the Cudeman MT-1, thanks to significant improvements in its steel, design, and leather sheath. Made with Böhler N-695 steel, this full-tang knife features satin-finished A-304 steel guards, and its green canvas handle with red fiber spacers and a striker pommel at the end provide a secure and comfortable grip.
This knife also includes two pins on the blade plane and the pommel to create a spear with a safety cord, and its spine zipper ensures a firm and reliable grip in any situation. Additionally, this version includes a custom-made Kydex sheath with Tec-Lock adapter, pouch holder, and firestone. It is important to note that the Kydex sheath cannot be purchased separately, as each piece is molded with its own Kydex sheath to prevent looseness and ensure a perfect fit.
