Our catalog consists of thousands of products, some of them classified as weapons. Our Online Store is authorized as a retail business for the sale of these reproductions and edged weapons, having informed and obtained authorization from the Civil Guard's Weapons Intervention Department (Intervención de Armas de la Guardia Civil) for the sale of the following:

5th category: Edged weapons and, in general, those with a cutting or piercing blade that are not prohibited. Knives or machetes used by military units or imitations thereof.

6th category: Reproductions of Historical Weapons (non-functional) for collection.

Weapons of the 5th and 6th categories will only be sold to individuals over 18 years of age. By accepting the purchase conditions, the client takes responsibility for the veracity of the data sent when opening an account in this online store, as well as for the use and final destination of the acquired products, being mandatory to provide their Tax Identification Number (DNI-NIF).

SEVENTH.- SHIPPING

IMPORTANT Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla and non-EU countries will be exempt from VAT on the invoice but may be taxed at the destination customs according to the taxes and duties of each country, these costs being borne by the recipient. EIGHTH.- DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery of purchased products is carried out through transport agencies with home delivery service. Delivery times are indicated on each product sheet using the following availability labels:

• Not available at the moment.- The product is not available and cannot be purchased temporarily.
• Shipping: 1 week.- The product will be shipped within one week.
• Shipping: 1-2 weeks.- The product will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks.
• Shipping: 2-4 weeks.- The product will be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks.
• Shipping: Consult.- It is necessary to contact us to confirm availability and delivery time.

In the case of custom-made products, whether personalized items or artisanal manufacturing, additional time may be necessary for their production. This additional time will be specified on the product sheet and communicated to the customer when formalizing the order.

In any case, orders will be delivered without undue delay and at the latest within 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract unless the parties have agreed to extend the period.

If the customer needs to receive their order urgently, we recommend contacting the seller beforehand to confirm delivery times before making the purchase.

After formalizing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. In addition, we will inform about any relevant changes related to the status or delivery of the order.

NINTH.- RETURNS - Right of withdrawal

We have an after-sales service to solve any problem that arises during the shipment of our items or shipments, keeping our customers informed at all times.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to products made according to the specifications requested by the buyer or clearly personalized.

You can terminate the purchase contract you have made in our online store through any means permitted by law (email, letter, fax) or if you prefer, we offer you the option to do so through the following withdrawal form within the period indicated above. You must send us the item or items by your own means. Shipments with Carriage Due will not be accepted.

The seller must return all amounts received, including delivery costs, before 14 calendar days have elapsed, using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any expense as a result of the reimbursement. However, if the consumer is the one returning the goods, we may withhold the reimbursement until whichever of the following conditions is met first:

TENTH.- PURCHASE GUARANTEE

In the case of products with manufacturing defects, we will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract, actions that will be free of charge for the consumer and user. We will be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from delivery, which will be understood to have occurred on the day that appears on the invoice or purchase ticket, or on the delivery note if this is later.

It will be presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the two years following the delivery of the goods already existed when it was delivered.

Through a simple declaration, the consumer may demand the rectification of the lack of conformity, the reduction of the price, or the termination of the contract.

For the goods to be brought into conformity, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement, unless one of these two options is impossible or involves disproportionate costs for the seller. These measures will meet the following requirements:

They will be free of charge for the consumer, including the necessary expenses to bring the goods into conformity, especially shipping, transport, labor, or material costs.

They will be carried out within a reasonable time from the moment the trader has been informed of the lack of conformity and without major inconvenience to the consumer.

The consumer will make the goods available to the trader, who will recover them at their expense in the way that causes the least inconvenience to the consumer depending on the type of goods. The consumer will not be responsible for any payment for the normal use of the replaced goods during the period prior to their replacement.

The trader, for their part, will recover the goods at their expense, remove the non-conforming goods and, in the case of goods that have been installed, will remove them and proceed to install the repaired or replaced goods, assuming the costs arising therefrom.

They will provide the consumer with documentary proof of the delivery of the goods by the consumer, stating the delivery date and the lack of conformity, as well as documentary proof of the delivery of the now conforming goods to the consumer, which must also state the date of that delivery and a description of the corrective measure taken.

The consumer may also demand a price reduction or termination of the contract. The price reduction will be proportional to the difference between the value that the goods would have had at the time of delivery if they had been conforming, and the value that the delivered goods have at the time of said delivery. Termination will not proceed when the lack of conformity is of minor importance. The consumer may opt for these as long as the following requirements are met:

When the measure to bring the goods into conformity is impossible or disproportionate.

The trader has not carried out the repair or replacement or has not done so correctly.

Any lack of conformity appears in the repaired or replaced goods.

The lack of conformity is of such severity that it justifies one of the two options.

The trader has declared, or it is clear from the circumstances, that they will not bring the goods into conformity within a reasonable time or without major inconvenience to the consumer.

The trader will reimburse the consumer, as a consequence of choosing these measures, the price paid for the goods after receiving them or, where appropriate, proof provided by the consumer that they have returned them. The consumer or user will return the goods to the trader, at the latter's expense.

The consumer may suspend the outstanding payment of the price until the trader complies with their obligations.

They may also request the rectification of the lack of conformity, the reduction of the price, or the termination of the contract if, as a consequence of the violation of third-party rights, the use of the goods is prevented or limited.

The consumer will not be responsible for any payment for the normal use of the replaced goods during the period prior to their replacement.

Whether requesting the rectification of the lack of conformity, the reduction of the price, or the termination of the contract, the consumer may claim compensation for damages if applicable.

ELEVENTH.- PURCHASE INVOICE

All our sales are accompanied by a purchase invoice in paper format. The user has the right to receive the invoice free of charge in electronic format provided they request it previously through any means permitted by law (email, letter, fax).
