In London, one of the beds of the 'Lost River' was excavated deep underground, revealing an archaeological discovery that provides a treasure trove of artifacts from the Roman Empire. The Roman knife is based on an iron knife found during the excavation. Updated with more modern materials, such as a 3.0 mm thick 1075 carbon steel blade and a total length exceeding 24.7 cm, this version of the knife features a full tang 1075 blade measuring 12.5 cm with a handle made of walnut inspired by an ancient knife dating back to the 1st century AD.
