The steel is also quite durable and easy to re-sharpen. Additionally, it offers just the right amount of flexibility to facilitate filleting and preserve the delicate meat and flavor of the fish.

The handle is made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon for greater durability and features a rubber overmold with Kershaw's exclusive K-Texture™ grip. The K-Texture™ pattern ensures you always have a secure hold, even in slippery conditions.
